Elderberries are rich in Iron, Vitamin C and Anthocyanidins; purple molecules that boost the amount of white blood cells & are the main fighters in our immune system.

Astragalus is an herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It is believed to have immune-boosting properties & is often used to support overall immune system function. It may stimulate certain immune cells, such as T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells, which play crucial roles in immune defence against infections.

Echinacea root, Hibiscus, Ginger, Cinnamon, Clove and Rose Hip have traditionally been used to support & strengthen the immune system. The Biodegradable Cylinder Refill Pack contains 3 x 50g dry mix packs 

You will get 500ml of finished Elderberry Syrup from each 50g dry mix  

Please note this syrup comes as a dry mix, which needs to be simmered at home to get the most nutritional benefits. See pic 4 for instructions on how to finish syrup at home
